ResultsCX is seeking a Talent Scout to support regional recruitment, handling interview coordination, assessments, and offers. You will work across multiple teams to optimize candidate flow and ensure compliant, timely offers.

The role is fast-paced with daily quotas and requires strong communication skills and data accuracy in the ATS. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in recruiting, a Bachelor’s degree preference, and proven success in closing candidates in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and closing skills for high‑volume hiring.
• Proven track record meeting hiring goals in centralized regional staffing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review applications, pre-screening questions, and assessments before interviews.
• Conduct interviews and document details in the ATS.
• Assess candidates to meet minimum qualifications and thresholds for offers.
• Create and extend verbal and formal offers via the ATS.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and coordinate with internal contacts.
