Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Denver, CO to deliver world class customer service and actively promote the CLUB membership. You will be the product expert, handle activations, CLUB sales, and account servicing while coaching peers and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include processing payments, answering CLUB questions, updating inventory, and providing a complete CLUB Member experience across the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to guests and promote CLUB membership benefits.
• Present customers with CLUB membership opportunities and assist with activation and sales.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs and maintain accurate CLUB inventory.
• Demonstrate products and inform customers about advertised sales.
• Assist with payments, account questions, and CLUB applications.
