Jackson Hewitt - ETF is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for clients visiting our offices, delivering exceptional service and accurate information. You will regularly visit local shops and events to raise brand awareness, recruit talent, and build a strong local pipeline.

Engage with clients, confirm appointments, and distribute marketing materials to keep clients engaged during wait times.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit local shops, events, and community locations to drive brand awareness.
