Jackson Hewitt - ETF is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to serve as the friendly, on-site ambassador at our offices and partner locations. You will engage with clients, schedule and follow up on appointments, and help recruit top talent in local communities.

You will visit shops and events to boost brand presence, using social media and market knowledge to expand the talent network and ensure excellent client experiences during wait times.

Qualifikationen

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
