Job summary

H&R Block in Montana is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure each client’s needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.

You’ll work in a fast-paced franchise office, maintain a tidy workspace, and perform other duties as assigned. Prior customer service experience and computer proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.
