Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the best tax professional for their needs.

You’ll schedule clients as they prefer, help meet their needs in person, by phone, or virtually, and maintain a welcoming, well-organized office.

This role favors experience in a fast-paced, customer-service environment with strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
