Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect customers with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments, maintain a welcoming office environment, and support the team with daily operations.

In this role you’ll handle in-person, phone, and virtual interactions with care, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused office during peak tax seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as requested.
• Ensure client needs are met during service (in person, by phone or virtually).
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
