You will schedule appointments, assist clients in person, by phone, or virtually, and help keep the office welcoming and organized. Ideal candidates bring experience in fast-paced customer service, the ability to multi-task, strong time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
