Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, connect them with the right tax professional, and help ensure a smooth visit during peak season.

You will create a positive first impression and support the office in delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling according to their preferences, assisting in person, over the phone or virtually, and helping maintain a clean, organized office

• Previous experience in a customer service environment

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
