Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professionals. You will schedule appointments and help ensure client needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually in a fast-paced franchise setting.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, prior customer service experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Flexibility to work across locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
