H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients and support their tax processes. You will greet clients, match them with the right tax professional, and schedule appointments to fit their needs, delivering service in person, over the phone, or virtually.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fast-paced customer service, strong multitasking, and proficient use of Microsoft Office to keep the office organized and responsive throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
