You will help schedule appointments and ensure every client’s needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually. The role emphasizes a friendly, professional presence, strong multitasking, and teamwork within an independently owned franchise office operating under an agreement with H&R Block.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
