H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients warmly, answer phones, and help direct clients to the right tax professional. You will schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions.

• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
