H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and route them to the right tax professional. You will schedule client visits, ensure needs are met in person or virtually, and support the team to maintain a clean, organized office environment.

This seasonal role emphasizes customer service, multitasking, and strong organizational skills within a fast-paced franchise setting. Flexibility to work across locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
