You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, multitask across in-person, phone, and virtual service, maintain a clean workspace with teammates, and schedule clients according to their preferences.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients as requested by the client.
• Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
