Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is looking for a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients and support the tax-season workflow.

You’ll answer phones, greet visitors, and help route clients to the right tax professional, while assisting with scheduling and basic office tasks. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll maintain a friendly, organized front desk and collaborate with team members to ensure every client leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
