Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the appropriate tax expert.

You will assist with scheduling and support the office team in delivering friendly, accurate service. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will help clients in person, over the phone, or virtually, maintain an orderly office, and take on other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
