Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect clients with the right tax professionals. You will schedule appointments and help ensure client needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually.

This role requires prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work across locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned
