Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. This role focuses on delivering friendly, personalized service in a fast-paced franchise office.

You will schedule appointments, help meet client needs in person, over the phone, or virtually, and keep the office organized. Prior customer service experience and computer skills with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
