Job summary

TravisMathew in California is seeking a Client Associate to maintain the in-store sales and service experience and promote a sales culture to achieve KPIs and profitability goals.

You will engage with clients, build a repeat client base, stay knowledgeable about the latest apparel, participate in events and CRM activities, and help keep the store welcoming and organized during non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year experience in a client services capacity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications and POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Instill a sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and grow a base of repeat customers.
• Maintain knowledge of apparel each season (fit, fabric, use).
• Participate in-store events, marketing initiatives and CRM activities to drive repeat business.
• Adhere to client service standards and company policies.
