Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. You will greet clients, manage check-in, answer the phone, schedule appointments, and coordinate with tax professionals to match clients with the right expert.

This in-person role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and organization. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required to support busy periods and provide a positive client experience.
