You’ll be the friendly first impression and connect clients with the right tax professionals during the busy tax season. This role is not remote, requires availability evenings and weekends, and offers opportunities to grow into tax preparation or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
