Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
• Previous experience in hospitality, call center, customer service or medical industries (preferred).
• Experience in a receptionist/front desk/administrative role (preferred).
• Experience in a tax office, CPA firm, or financial services environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
