H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to welcome clients in person and support daily office operations. You will greet clients, assist with check-in, and coordinate with tax professionals to pair clients with the right expert.

This in-person role requires strong interpersonal skills, multitasking, and availability for tax-season evenings and weekends to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
