Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and help guide them to the right tax expert. You’ll play a key role in creating a friendly, efficient office experience.

In this fast-paced environment, you will multitask between in-person, phone, and virtual interactions, schedule appointments, and ensure client needs are met with professionalism. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Background in customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work at multiple locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
