H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to welcome clients in person, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations.

You will be the face of the office, coordinating with tax professionals to connect clients with the right expertise during tax season. This in-person role requires strong communication, multitasking, and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfort with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
