H&R Block, Inc. seeks a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations on site. You will work with a team of tax professionals to ensure a professional client experience.

This in-person role serves as a stepping stone into tax preparation or office leadership, with evenings and weekends during tax season required. Training and support are provided to help you grow within the organization.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team and serve clients professionally.

• Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling systems.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilidades
