Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Seasonal Chef Instructor to lead in-store cooking classes, focusing on savory dishes, pastries, and baking. You will teach hands-on sessions, mentor participants, and drive engagement and sales of cookware and kitchen tools.

You’ll represent the brand with excellent customer service, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with store teams to deliver compelling culinary experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in culinary arts or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in savory cooking, pastry and baking.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand by creating memorable, educational experiences that inspire loyalty.
• Deliver in-store cooking classes reflecting the brand’s passion for food and high standards.
• Explain cooking concepts clearly and encouragingly to class participants.
