National Car Rental at Mesa Gateway Airport is hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Agent. The role focuses on greeting customers, processing rentals, and ensuring efficient service in a friendly environment.

This position runs about 40 hours per week with varied schedules and seasonal duration. Responsibilities include handling rental documents, assisting with Emerald Aisle vehicle selection, and resolving issues to maintain customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience in the last 5 years.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Seasonal position starting October 2026 lasting up to 180 days.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service during the rental process.
• Assist in selecting vehicles and explain Emerald Aisle program guidelines.
• Prepare rental agreements, process returns, and resolve issues to ensure loyalty.
• Maintain counter appearance, answer the phone promptly, and help customers in queue.
• Review charges at vehicle return and ensure accurate rental terms.
