Enterprise Mobility, operator of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo, is hiring Seasonal Customer Experience Representatives at Grand Junction Airport. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and help secure vehicles with friendly, efficient service.

This role emphasizes delivering a positive experience while verifying driver information and guiding customers through the rental process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Seasonal employees may work up to 120 days during a defined season with a 6-month break between seasons.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information for customers.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations and rate quotes, and handle general questions.
• Handle callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return and notify management of issues.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and participate in on-the-job training and development.

National and Alamo has exciting opportunities for Seasonal Customer Experience Representatives (CXR). This Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

**Seasonal employees cannot exceed 180 days of service**

The position pays $21.50/ hour and is located at the Grand Junction Regional Airport at 2828 Walker Field Drive Grand Junction, CO 81506.

• Monday-9:00am-7:00pm
• Tuesday OFF
• Wednesday OFF
• Thursday OFF
• Friday 9:00am-7:00pm
• Saturday 9:00am-7:00pm
• Sunday 9:00am-7:00pm

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
• Clean vehicles when applicable
