Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional services to customers
• Suggest additional products and upgrades using approved sales techniques
• Assist customers with directions, local information, and service details
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and question resolution for customers and vendors
• Monitor vehicle condition at return and communicate issues to management
