Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, efficient service and assist customers through the rental process at our Brooklyn, CT area offices. The role runs from mid May 2027 to October 31, 2027, for up to 180 days, with a 40-hour work week and weekend/holiday schedules available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of prior customer service experience.
• Valid US driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by the company now or in the future.
• Basic level PC experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services including optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Offer directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information to customers.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Notify Management of any known customer or vehicle problems or maintenance needs.
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored classroom training.
