Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Restaurant Host/Hostess in Solitude Village. You will greet guests, manage reservations, seat guests, and maintain a smooth front-of-house flow to enhance the dining experience.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organization, and the ability to work during peak times, weekends, and holidays. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, with a HS diploma or equivalent.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables, considering reservations and group sizes.
• Manage waiting lists and inform guests about estimated wait times.
• Handle reservation inquiries over the phone and in person.
• Maintain accurate reservation records for efficient seating.
• Confirm reservations in advance and relay special requests to staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and requests.
• Inform guests about daily specials and dietary considerations.
• Assist in managing flow of customers to prevent overcrowding.
• Handle reservation deposits and payments for waitlist guests.
