The Key Holder will collaborate with the store management team on daily operations, uphold brand standards, and ensure a seamless omni-channel experience. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting company values.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional service and satisfy customers.
• Deliver an omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup where applicable.
• Support opening/closing office procedures and store operations.
• Collaborate with partners to process shipments, restock, and maintain visual standards.
