Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to support store management in daily operations at our Savannah location. You will help create a fun, energetic atmosphere, drive sales through genuine customer connections, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include leading floor service, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring seamless omni-channel experiences while adhering to safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Passion for URBN brand and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand reflected in company values and provide extraordinary customer service.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, communicating daily goals and metrics while maintaining service focus.
• Support omni-channel shopping through MPOS/POS and curbside/in-store pickup.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and assist in shifts to ensure store profitability.
