URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Savannah, GA to drive sales by delivering a genuine and unique customer experience to each guest, day in and day out.

You will initiate conversations, offer product suggestions, support the sales floor, maintain store standards, assist with omni-channel orders, and collaborate with teammates to keep store morale high during busy evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Provides a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
• Builds productive relationships with peers; asks for support when needed and helps others.
• Participates in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer.
• Contributes to a positive team morale and highlights peers through store initiatives.
