Old Navy in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll educate, inform and wardrobe customers while delivering a best-in-class, omni-channel experience.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet store goals and keep interactions positive and productive. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, loyalty program education, and a proactive sales approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
