You will collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming, organized store environment for customers and teammates alike.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers and coworkers with respect and contribute to a positive store environment.

• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling and knowledge of products.
• Utilize omnichannel tools to improve the customer experience.
• Be accountable for personal goals that support store objectives.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-office operations as needed.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and process returns courteously.
• Execute store processes efficiently and accurately.
