Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will educate, inform and inspire customers, delivering a best-in-class experience through collaboration with leadership and using omnichannel tools.

You will engage with shoppers, promote loyalty programs, and contribute to store goals. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a focus on teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience with omnichannel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
