Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering excellent service and educating guests on products. You will educate customers, inform, inspire, and wardrobe the customer while collaborating with leadership to provide an omni-channel experience.

In this role, you’ll support daily store operations and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience. The position is in-store in Fresno, with a focus on driving loyalty and sales.

Responsibilities

• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
