Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. You’ll educate customers about products, assist with wardrobe choices, and collaborate with leadership to drive loyalty and sales across omni-channel options.

You will engage with customers, maintain a neat store environment, and support operations across fitting rooms, sales floor, and registers.

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Sales-focused approach with the ability to educate and upsell.

• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
