Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client interactions. You will identify client needs, showcase products, and maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards to deliver an exceptional experience.

You will build loyalty, stay current on beauty trends, and participate in training while supporting inventory, replenishment, and department upkeep. A flexible schedule is required to cover days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients by product demos and application techniques.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Report missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
