Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through passion for beauty and a consultative client approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards in Sephora at Kohl's.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and upsell where appropriate while engaging in training and maintaining department cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales
• Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge
• Execute and maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and standards
• Support omni-processing within the department
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including stock and price changes
• Support department visuals and report missing or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor
• Uphold safety and shortage reduction programs
• Follow policies, procedures and multi-task effectively
