Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and to engage clients with consultative recommendations. You will maintain knowledge of top beauty brands and support visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, upselling, training, merchandise execution, inventory, and maintaining department cleanliness. Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Formación

• Must have a genuine interest in beauty and skincare.
• Experience working with customers in retail or service settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to inspire purchases.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory from receipt to sale.
