Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales with a consultative beauty approach, engaging clients, and maintaining expert knowledge of top brands. You will execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build loyalty, demonstrate products, and participate in ongoing training while ensuring a premium client experience across in-store and omni-channel channels.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly and concisely.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demos and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual standards and inventory.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
