Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a consultative beauty approach and maintain expert knowledge of top brands. You will execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards in line with Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and train to expand expertise while supporting inventory and store operations to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
