Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Safety Program and attend pre-shift meetings.
• Perform barge loading duties to meet draft and quality requirements; supervise deckhands.
• Transfer, load, and move grain to designated locations; maintain grain quality.
• Complete documentation timely and legibly; maintain records.
• Perform general cleanup and basic maintenance as needed.
• Operate or support heavy equipment where required; may unload barges or trucks.
• Work extended hours, weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts as needed.
