CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a General Laborer to support barge loading and grain handling at a facility in the United States. The role involves loading, unloading, maintenance, and documentation with a strong emphasis on safety and quality of work.

Employees must participate in the Safety Program, perform physical duties, and operate basic equipment as needed. A high school diploma and reliable work history are required; weekend/holiday shifts may be involved.

Qualifications

• Required - High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred - 1 year’s experience in an industrial environment with a dependable work record.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the company Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Perform barge loading duties and oversee deckhand(s) as needed.
• Transfer, load and move grain to appropriate locations while maintaining quality.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• General cleanup and maintenance tasks as required.
• Operate or assist with heavy equipment as needed per facility requirements.
• Work extended hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
