Responsibilities

• Load and unload barges and trucks as daily needs dictate.
• Participate in the Safety Program and attend pre-shift briefings.
• Follow OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations; wear PPE as required.
• Perform barge loading duties to meet draft and quality requirements and supervise deckhands.
• Move grain to appropriate locations and maintain grain quality during storage/transfer.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• General cleaning, painting and basic housekeeping tasks.
• May operate heavy equipment and other tasks as assigned.
