Macy’s in Ohio is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience. You’ll support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other tasks while upholding Macy’s service standards.

This role requires multitasking, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and you’ll help keep the store inviting and well

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Strong communication with customers and coworkers.
• Able to meet daily sales goals and assist with loyalty programs.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with hospitality and assist with BOPS and in-store pickup.
• Proficient in checkout systems and maintain organized pickup/return areas.
• Support curbside delivery and help customers use loyalty benefits.
• Greet and assist, help hit sales goals, and provide excellent service.
• Keep the shopping area clean, inviting, and safe.
